1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ePaper Pro ("Service"), operated by VANGS GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

ePaper Pro is a cloud-based digital publishing platform that enables publishers to:

  • Convert print newspapers and magazines to digital ePaper format
  • Publish and manage digital editions
  • Manage news articles and breaking news
  • Integrate advertisements and monetization features
  • Access analytics and reader engagement metrics
  • Distribute content across multiple channels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

Payment Processing

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed at our discretion
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal period.

7. Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refund for the current billing period
  • You should export your data before termination

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Upon request by law enforcement

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information
  • Security or freedom from viruses

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VANGS GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Negotiation: Good faith discussions between parties
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India

Jurisdiction

The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
